He is also a graduate of the Pa. Realtors Institute where he earned his GRI designation. He obtained his Pa. Real Estate Broker's license in 1992 and is a past Owner/Partner of Hilker, Klauer & Dubs Real Estate, Inc. Randy is a Pa. licensed professional auctioneer and has worked in the auction field selling real estate and personal property for over 25 years.
